There were altogether 10 participants, among which 7 were female and 3 were male.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most important frameworks for comprehending gender dynamics is the capability approach. The topic of this session\u2019s discussion was \u201cAmartya Sen\u2019s Capability Approach and Social Justice in Education.\u201d The main emphasis was on identifying and measuring the relationship between capability and educational inequality, as well as the methods used to measure the disparities.<\/p>\n<p>The contributions of Rosie Vaughan were emphasized to comprehend the conceptualization of education and capabilities. The various meanings of gender, education, and equality put forth by Elaine Unterhalter were presented as well.
